We will do everything possible to replace the product, but in some instances, operational limitations may prevent this. In those cases, a partial refund will be issued as needed. Our Replacement Policy is specifically designed to address product damages incurred during transit or incorrect deliveries. We are pleased to offer returns for such products, provided the request is made within 48 hours of receiving the product. For a smooth return process, we ask customers to record an authentic and unaltered video while unboxing the product. Please do not repackage the product before filming.

However, we acknowledge that in rare instances, a package may be damaged due to mishandling during delivery. If you notice any damage or tampering with the outer packaging, we strongly recommend not accepting the package. Instead, please record a video of the package immediately and share it with us. If you choose to accept a damaged or tampered package, Carkasaman will not be able to process any further requests for returns or refunds for the items inside. Reporting any damage or tampering promptly helps us address the situation swiftly and ensure you receive your products in optimal condition. We strive to offer the highest standards of service and appreciate your cooperation.
At Carkasaman, we take great care in inspecting all products before packing them. However, on rare occasions, an item may still be found to be faulty upon receipt. If this occurs, we offer a replacement, provided that the product is returned in its original, unused condition with all components, tags, and the warranty card (if applicable), and remains in its original packaging. Any signs of tampering or damage by the customer or the courier may result in a partial refund instead of a full refund. When returning a product, please ensure it is packed securely to avoid damage during return shipping. We cannot be held liable for any damage that occurs during the return process. If the wrong product is received and returned for replacement, and it is found to be damaged upon our receipt, we cannot offer a refund or replacement. For warranty claims, the product must be shipped to us, and once received, it will be sent to the supplier for repair or replacement, a process which may take 15-20 days. The customer will be responsible for shipping charges both ways. Certain items, such as mats, armrests, chrome accessories, perfumes, polishes, and cleaning products, are not covered by warranties as they are considered physical-use products. Additionally, decorative lights and some imported products may not be covered under warranty.

Carkasaman.com reserves the right to cancel any order for various reasons, such as product unavailability, delivery to an inaccessible pincode, or pricing errors. If you wish to cancel an order, please note that we reserve the right to approve or deny the request. If we receive your cancellation request before the order is processed, you will receive a full refund.
Non-cancellable Products by Customer
Certain product categories cannot be canceled once dispatched due to high courier charges, packaging time, and effort. Please consider this before placing your order, as we are unable to process cancellations for these categories after the shipment has been initiated.

Terms & Conditions:
- All returns/refunds related to damage, defect, quantity mismatch, or description mismatch are eligible for return but must be initiated within 48 hours from delivery.
- The product should be one-time tried and not used on a regular basis.
- Supporting evidence of any issue is mandatory to proceed with a decision.
- All replacements/refunds will be processed only after the product is received back by us and clears a quality check.
- Any product returned that shows improper use, handling, or physical damage; damaged or torn packaging; or missing manuals, parts, and accessories will not be replaced or refunded and will be returned back to the buyer.
- Returns will not be accepted if the customer decides they do not want the product, even if the description is correct.
- In case of an empty box or missing item, the case should be reported within 24 hours of delivery; otherwise, Carkasaman reserves the right to reject the complaint.
